It has been two and a half years since the federal government came into our pow wow in the form of the Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service and took 42 of our Eagle Feathers. We filed a lawsuit against the Department of the Interior that is still in the court system today. We have gone to court three times with two different cases and we have won two of the three with the government postponing my status hearing that was scheduled for September 7, 2007 of last year. Keep this in prayer. A victory on our behalf will be a victory for all Indian people.
